The Booking Process
Booking with Two Suns Studio is simple, transparent, and designed to make planning your celebration feel effortless.
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Complete our inquiry form with your event details, and we'll begin creating a proposal tailored to your celebration.
2. Review Your Proposal
You'll receive a personalized proposal outlining your selected rentals, pricing, delivery, and any available add-ons.
3. Reserve Your Date
A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your event date.
4. Finalize the Details
Approximately three weeks before your event, we'll confirm logistics such as delivery timing, setup location, venue requirements, and pickup arrangements.
Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
5. Celebrate
We'll deliver your rentals, complete any included setup, and return for pickup according to your selected services so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

Delivery and pickup are available throughout Orange County.
• Delivery fees are based on venue location.

Statement pieces are professionally installed.
DIY Floral Bars are delivered ready for styling.
Signature Floral Bars include full setup and styling.
Pickup
Pickup timing is arranged before your event.
Depending on your venue and experience, pickup may occur the same evening or the following day.

A signed agreement and a 40% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your celebration.

Your retainer is non-refundable but may be applied one time toward a new event date within six months, subject to availability. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your celebration, cancellations are otherwise non-refundable.

Many of our statement rentals can remain overnight when approved by your venue. Some experiences require same-day pickup, and after-hours pickup is available for an additional fee when overnight storage isn't possible.

We understand that event plans sometimes change. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we'll always do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever we're able.

We recommend having your rentals fully set up 1–2 hours before guests arrive, depending on your event. This allows plenty of time for final touches before your celebration begins.

Statement pieces, including The Lola and The Marie, include professional installation. Our DIY Floral Bar is delivered ready for you to style, while the Signature Floral Bar includes setup and styling by Two Suns Studio.

Many of our rentals are intended for covered or indoor use. If your event is outdoors, we'll work with you to discuss the best options based on your event and the forecast.
